Vortex86MX
DM&P x86 Semiconductor is proud to announce the upcoming release of our VMX series SoC. These SoC will be released in two flavors—the Vortex86MX and PMX-1000—for both industrial grade and consumer grade applications respectively, with operating temperature being the only difference between the two. The Vortex86MX will operate at temperatures of -40 to 70°C while the PMX-1000 will operate from0-60°C.

Both the Vortex86MX and PMX-1000 SoC sport the same features as the VDX series SoC minus ISA support, but with the addition of integrated VGA and HD Audio controllers. VDX chips also operate at 1Ghz compared to 800Mhz VDX chips. The VMX series SoC provide an ideal solution for embedded system and communications products such as thin client, NAT router, home gateway, access point and tablet PCs.
